This shipping policy for Patricia Barrett Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), describes our shipping terms and conditions for all orders.
Summary. Patricia Barrett Studio processes orders within 5 business days of you placing your order online. Once we have confirmed your order, you will no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience by emailing us at patricia@patriciabarrettstudio.com.
Shipping times and estimated delivery. The estimated shipping times and delivery dates listed on our website are estimates only and subject to third-party handling. Most orders are delivered within 2-6 business days in the U.S. and ship either USPS Standard. International orders typically take 1-4 weeks to deliver and may take longer due to unusually long distances and international customs. We promise to take every reasonable effort to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner; however, we do not make any guarantees, warranties, promises, or commitments in regard to shipping times or estimated delivery dates.
Lost shipment. If carrier tracking indicates that one or more items were lost in transit, you may make a written request for reshipment by emailing us at patricia@patriciabarrettstudio.com. All claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Damaged shipment. Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately of any wrong, missing, damaged, or defective items. For information about returns and refunds, please review our Refund Policy.
Order confirmation, cancellation, and discretion. All order confirmations are subject to Patricia Barrett Studio's sole discretion. Patricia Barrett Studio retains the right to cancel and fully refund any and all orders in the event that we suspect fraud, invalid or incorrect shipping information, invalid or missing payment information, or any other reason we deem reasonable to cancel and not fulfill an order. In the event that we cancel and do not fulfill one or more of your orders, a full refund will be issued, and you will not be charged for any order cancellations.
