Patricia Barrett Studio Refunds, Replacement Items, and Returns Policy

This Refunds, Replacement Items, and Returns Policy for Patricia Barrett Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might accept a return and or issue or refund on your product order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Archival pigment prints (otherwise known as Iris or Gicleé) are fine art digital inkjet prints. These prints are made with archival inks and offered on the finest archival papers, to ensure their longevity. Archival pigment prints made with pigment ink on archival paper can last up to 200 years without deterioration. We offer a variety of watercolor papers, and matte exhibition fiber papers to elevate your images into works of art. They are produced on the latest Epson technology which is able to produce images up to 44 inches wide.

No-return policy. We offer replacement items or refunds only for items you received in a damaged or defective condition so long as the return request is made within 14 days from the time you received your order. If an item is damaged after you have received it, then no replacement or refund will be possible. For more guidance, please refer to the Damaged or defective items section below. We do not offer replacements or refunds for buyer's remorse or size exchanges on any items. 

Wrong, damaged, or defective items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Refund eligibility. For a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or a refund, you must attach the receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of all your items as they were received.

Wrong address. You are responsible to provide correct shipping information for all purchases. If you provide the wrong shipping address or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will almost always be returned to our facility. However, Patricia Barrett Studio is not responsible for items that may be lost if the address provided was incorrectly entered. If you enter the wrong address, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or failure to claim the shipment won't be available for reshipping or for refund and all items will be donated to charity.

Return and refund request process. To request a replacement item or refund on damaged or missing items, you must contact us at patricia@patriciabarrettstudio.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement or refund will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if your request was approved or not. If approved, we will process your request for a replacement item within 5 business days. Replacement items are subject to standard shipping times in accordance with our Shipping Policy. In the event that a refund has been requested, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days pass and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Order confirmation, cancellation, and discretion. All order confirmations are subject to Patricia Barrett Studio's sole discretion. Patricia Barrett Studio retains the right to refuse or cancel any refund requests in the event that we suspect fraud, invalid or incorrect shipping information, invalid or missing payment information, or any other reason we deem reasonable.
